Jeff Angeley leads Safety, Construction Operations & Transition to Occupancy, Operations and Maintenance (T2O Program) at the University of Washington Facilities - Project Delivery Group. For over 18 years Jeff has been lead owner representative of construction implementation on highly complex, technical projects in medical and laboratory settings. Work has focused on - enhancing safety cultures inside and outside the construction fence as well as in the product of the project itself, working with teams to deliver facilities that reduce injuries and illnesses over the lifecycle; implementing high quality information exchanges, asset O&M improvements, BIM and FM Data execution standards and fostering collaborative thinking across internal and external organizations. Jeff’s work focuses on the ways in which teams can facilitate safe culture, trust, learning, integration, innovation, elimination of waste and optimization of the transition from construction to sustainable/stabilized occupancy, operations and maintenance.Safety, Construction Operations & T2O
