Ryan has over 20 years of operational experience in the Marine Corps as well as the construction industry. In his current role he manages McKinstry’s Operational Excellence Program which includes the Safety, Standardization, Knowledge Management, Functional Training, Quality Assurance, Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement programs. Ryan has been with the McKinstry Company since 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy as well as a master’s degree in strategic planning. Ryan currently serves at the Safebuild Alliance Washington secretary.
