Are you looking for ways to get your superintendents and general foremen more engaged in mentoring and coaching young or inexperienced foremen?
SafeBuild Alliance Washington is hosting meet-up for superintendents and foremen to discuss tools and tips to bring young leaders up to speed. Andy Erickson of Humanus Solutions will facilitate this forum.
We'll also review SafeBuild's Frontline Leader Development Resource -- the text message conversation prompts many of you receive -- and ways to enhance the tool for 2020.
Please share this with your superintendents, GFs, and any up-and-coming leaders who would benefit from this opportunity to network and compare notes with peers at other firms.
We'll meet at the McKinstry's Seattle office. The forum begins promptly at 11:30am and ends at 1:00pm.
